HOW DOES IT LOOK LIKE

We will start with free consultations with a trainer.
We will discuss your activity, lifestyle, needs and expectations, and establish an action plan, including a nutrition plan.
Depending on your needs, we focus on improving your fitness and overall mobility, or strength training. We focus on increasing the mobility and flexibility of your body.
If you are a person with a sedentary lifestyle, we will focus on activating CORE - exercises that primarily involve the lumbar spine and pelvic floor muscles.
These muscles are the so-called corset that maintains the stability of the entire body.

We also provide individual training and boxing workouts.
Interestingly, our clients are also ladies.

SMALL GROUPS CLASSES

Personal training in groups is a great way to train together with a partner, friend or group of friends.

We will adapt the classes so that everyone can do it 💪

WORKOUTS DURING PREGNANCY

TRAINING DURING PREGNANCY AND AFTER POSTPARTY

We will ensure that you maintain physical activity during pregnancy in accordance with your doctor's recommendations and appropriate to a given trimester.

We will reduce spine tension, relax and stretch the body.
After pregnancy, we will ensure a safe and conscious return to full strength.

We will focus on the pelvic floor muscles and possible separation of the rectus abdominis muscle.


WORKOUTS WITH CHILDREN 👧 🧒

INDIVIDUAL AND GROUP CLASSES FOR CHILDREN

Energy-filled activities for children are the best thing you can do for your child.

During classes, we use various forms of teaching, using equipment such as ladders, cones, balls, etc.

We do it consciously and safely.
We build strength, awareness and motor coordination. We create a pleasant atmosphere!


FIT-CAMPS

AWAY TRAINING

We regularly organize weekend trips combined with physical activity, rest, relaxation and good food!
During our trips, we train three times a day in the gym and outdoors. We take advantage of the proximity to nature and beautiful views.
The camps are organized in the Małopolska region so that the journey time does not exceed 2 hours
During our trip, we have organized meals tailored to our needs.
After training, we use the wellness zone offered by the facility.
Anyone can go to the camp, both beginners and those with experience.


ONLINE TRAININGS

You can't train stationary? Do you prefer training at home? No problem.

Choose the type of online training with a trainer. You can connect with a trainer from anywhere. 

ou don't need professional equipment, just a mat and training bands. We will use what you have at home.
